Listing a company in the directory is free. These terms cover the paid Featured listing. How we handle data is on our privacy page.

What you get

Your listing is shown first, labelled “Featured”, on the pages for the dosage forms and country it is listed under. Each page shows at most 3 Featured listings, in the order they subscribed. You also get a claimed profile you can edit and, when buyer quote requests launch, first access to them.

Price and billing

$99 (USD) a month, charged in advance through Stripe each month. Your price stays the same for as long as your subscription continues. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in the billing portal (linked from For manufacturers) or by contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your listing stays Featured until the end of the month you paid for, then stays in the directory as a free listing. We do not refund part-months.

Refunds

We refund your first payment in full if the pages you care about already have 3 Featured listings, or if we cannot confirm that you work at the company. Tell us within 14 days of paying.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, Stripe retries it for about two weeks. If it still fails, the subscription ends and your listing returns to a free listing.

What paying never changes

Featured placement affects where you appear, never what we report about your certification. If a listing turns out to be misleading, we may end its Featured placement and refund the unused part of the month.
