Privacy

This is a plain-language summary of the data we handle.

What you send us

When you use a form on this site (claiming a listing, asking about membership, or contacting us) we store what you enter: your name, work email, company, website and message, plus the listing it relates to. We use it only to reply to you and, for claims, to confirm you work at the company. We do not sell it.

If you request a quote, we store the product, quantity, timeline and email you enter, the page you sent it from, and a one-way hash of your IP address (used only to limit spam). We share a quote request with matching manufacturers only after you confirm by email. We do not sell it.

Analytics

We use PostHog to count page views and a few actions, such as searching the directory or clicking a manufacturer’s website. We do not send form contents to analytics, and we do not create personal profiles for anonymous visitors.

Company data

Manufacturer listings contain company-level information taken from public certification registries (company names, facility addresses, certification status and listed operations), plus details companies give us when they claim a listing.

Removal and corrections

To ask us to delete what you sent, or to correct or remove a company listing, contact us.
